4. Build reputation

Repay on time → AVO Score increases → higher credit tiers. All tracked on-chain.

Default consequences

Defaulting has permanent on-chain consequences:

  • Permanent on-chain blacklist (isDefaulted = true)
  • AVO Score drops to 0
  • Can never borrow again from this protocol
